The turnaround time on projects is dependent on various factors: the type of service, the complexity of the project, and the time it takes for the client to provide details at the beginning of and during the project.  Although, when you go to purchase a service, there is an expected time frame written in the description specifically for that type of service.  

Most services do have the option for an expedited time frame at an additional cost.  If the rush service is available, it will be mentioned in the description of the expedited time frame available for that service and the cost to add the expedited service to that project.  The rush fee must be paid when purchasing the service.

If you ordered one of the Done For You (DFY) services:

1. You will receive an automatic email with the links to your contract and intake form.
2. Fill out and submit these forms in their entirety as quickly as you can.

Note: Your project's turnaround time does NOT begin until your signed contract AND FULLY submitted intake form have been received.

If you ordered one of the Do It Yourself (DIY) services or products:

1. You will be given the option of an automatic download with a .pdf that will have the instructions for your service or product.
2. You will receive an automatic email with the .pdf file that will have the instructions for your service or product.
3. Open the .pdf file(s) and click the links to access your templates, photos, etc.

Note: Make sure that you provide the correct email address when placing your order.  This guarantees you will receive the email with the links to your service/product in the event you are unable to download it from the website after checking out.
